Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from smudgethebrand.co.uk. The shop is run by SMUDGE, a sole trader business based in Chichester, West Sussex, United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

Products

All items are printed to order. We try to show colours accurately, but screens vary and printed colours may look slightly different. Size guides are given in centimetres and are approximate.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.

Your order

Your order is accepted when we send a confirmation email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item cannot be made, or if there is an obvious pricing error.

Cancellations, returns and faulty items

You have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for items that are faulty or not as described. See our refund policy for details.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable when you placed your order.
