Returns and refunds

Every SMUDGE item is printed to order for you. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you receive it. To do this, email us at admin@smudgethebrand.co.uk with your order number and the items you want to return. You then have a further 14 days to send the items back.

Items should be returned unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. We may reduce your refund if an item has been handled more than is needed to check it. Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong one, you pay the cost of returning it. We will send you the returns address when you contact us.

We will refund the price of the item and the standard delivery charge you paid within 14 days of receiving the return (or proof that you have sent it). Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, misprinted or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including delivery costs. This is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exchanges

Because items are made to order, we cannot swap sizes directly. Please return the item under the 14-day right to cancel and place a new order for the size you need. Our size guides on each product page give measurements in centimetres.
