Shipping policy

Delivery

Every SMUDGE item is printed to order by our production partners, so please allow a few working days for your order to be made before it is sent.

UK delivery

• Standard delivery: £4.99, free on orders of £50 or more
• Express delivery: £6.99

Most UK orders arrive within 3 to 8 working days of ordering, including production time. You will get an email with tracking details when your order is sent.

International delivery

• European Union: £14.99
• Selected other countries: £23.99

International orders usually arrive within 5 to 15 working days. Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country; these are the customer's responsibility.

Orders in more than one parcel

Different items may be made by different partners, so one order can arrive in separate parcels on different days.

Problems with delivery

If your order has not arrived within the times above, or arrives damaged, email us and we will help.
